Spring registration for new kindergartners will be held May 4, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., and May 5, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., at all Fulton County elementary schools. Registration also will be held for other elementary students who will be new to the Fulton County School System in 2005-06.

Approximately 1,580 spaces in pre-kindergarten classes are available at 36 elementary schools throughout the county: Alpharetta, Barnwell, Bethune, Brookview, Campbell, College Park, Conley Hills, Dunwoody Springs, Gullatt, Hapeville, Heards Ferry, Hembree Springs, Heritage, High Point, Hillside, Hamilton E. Holmes, Esther Jackson, S.L. Lewis, Liberty Point, Medlock Bridge, Mimosa, Mt. Olive, Love T. Nolan, Oak Knoll, Palmetto, Parklane, Randolph, Roswell North, Seaborn Lee, Shakerag, Spalding Drive Charter, State Bridge Crossing, Stonewall Tell, Harriet Tubman, Evoline C. West, and Woodland Charter.

Pre-kindergarten registration dates vary by school and enrollment is handled on a first-come, first- served basis. Parents also can visit the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning's web site, www.decal.state.ga.us, to determine the availability of other pre-kindergarten program providers.

The Barnwell Spring Fling is almost here!! April 22nd from 6-9pm. There are activities for children of all ages. Come over and visit with some of your neighbors.

• Homeowners Association dues that have not been paid are now past due.
• Albert Bodamer has engaged Swim Atlanta to repair/resurface the main pool and the kiddie pool. The contract commits them to have the work completed and the pool ready for operation & inspection by May 4, 2005.
• If anyone is interested in joining swim team please contact Shannon McMahon at shannonamcmahon@aol.com or 770.998.9431. Swim team practice will start the second week of May after school.
• The social committee is in need of someone to setup the "end of the year preschool party." This event will be for all children that are Pre-K and under. If you are interested in helping, please email Shannon McMahon at shannonamcmahon@aol.com. If no one is interested in hosting this event, it will not happen.
