5:30-7:30

The coaches will ask the
swimmers to arrive at the meet
between 4:15-4:30, depending on
where we are swimming. This is
to allow the kids the chance to
receive their event numbers and
lane assignments and warm up.
The coaches will announce
arrival time the day of the
meet.
The volunteer schedule for the
practice meet will be emailed
out on Friday. Please make sure
that you are at your assigned
job. The volunteer sign up sheet
will be up for the first meet on
Tuesday during the practice
meet. Please remember, every
family is needed to work at
least one shift during all
meets. Some families may be
asked to cover two shifts.
Please understand that the meet
needs many workers to run
smoothly.
We will be handing out a team
packet on Tuesday during the
practice meet. Please make sure
that you receive yours. (one per
family)
